1. What level of Spanish Do I have?

2. What are the online Spanish courses about?
The self-study courses are carefully designed to learn the key concepts of the Spanish language on your own or as an extra support for your courses or lessons. All courses are based on lots of speaking, grammar explanations and listening activities delivered by a native and qualified teacher.
By the end 2021 we are going to publish a total of 5 courses which will cover the key concepts from level A1 ( Beginners) to B1 (Intermediate)
Regarding online 1 to 1 tuition we plan all lessons based on your learning objetives. We always try to offer very interactive lessons with lot of useful resources for you to practise.
The online teacher-led course are carefully designed to learn Spanish in a friendly and relaxed environment. All courses are based on lots of speaking and listening activities delivered by a native and qualified teacher. You can join most of the courses all year around for a minimum of 6 weeks. Normally the lessons last 1h 30min.

3.How Do I buy and access the self study online course?
​
In order to have access to the course you need to:
​
1) Select the right course, sign up and complete the payment (except for the taster course).
2)After receiving the confirmation email go back to the website and log in.
3)On your member´s page click on "My courses". Remember that you will only have access to those courses which were paid for.(Except for the taster course which is for free)
4)The links of the courses will be displayed. Click on your course and all contents will be displayed for you.

4. How Do I book the online teacher - led course?
You can book your course by paying the pack of lessons of your choice on the website. If you need assistance do not hesitate to contact us by email or on the phone(We might be in lessons so If we do not pick up the phone, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible).Once the payment is processed you will receive a confirmation email from us within 24h hours.

5. How Do I book the online private lessons?
​
The best way to book your first private lesson is to email us with your learning preferencies, days and times of the week when you would like to have the classes and we will book you in.

6. How can I pay for the private lessons. ?
1)You can pay by card on the website by clicking on the link “ Buy now”.
2)By bank transfer.

7. Do I need a book for the course / private lessons?
We provide the resources for every lesson. In case you were interested in getting a book we normally use "Pasos " and "Aula internacional" in our lessons.
8.I can not find what I am looking for……
If you can not find an appropriate course/ level please let us know and we will try to help.
9.Cancellations.
If you cancel your self - study online course within 24h after the purchase will will refund the money. No questions asked.
You can access the course for a year after the purchase date expect the taster course which lasts 1 week.

Private lessons cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full.
​
Teacher-led courses cancelled after the start of the course will not be refunded.

Normally the lessons last 1h 30min.

You can book your course by paying the pack of lessons of your choice on the website. 6.I can not find what I am looking for……
If you can not find an appropriate course or the times are nor suitable for you let us know and we will try to help you find an alternative. We are flexible.
7.Cancellations.
If you need to cancel your participation before the start of the course we will give you back the money straight away (£20 fee for administration costs apply). Unfortunately if you have already started the course no refunds will be made.
The course must be completed in the next 8 weeks after the start date. However if you can not attend a lesson we will try our best to offer you an alternative group to join depending on the availability.
Private lessons cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full.

8. When will in person lessons resume?
​
We hope to resume in person lessons in Liverpool at some point during the academic year 2021/2022. Please follow us and we will keep you updated.
